Head chef Norbert Hanifle has lived and cooked with us at the Gourmet Hotel Ansitz Plantiz since 2004. Together with his kitchen crew, he creates extraordinary dishes with influences from South Tyrolean and international cuisine. When preparing the dishes, the quality of the ingredients is most important to him. He carefully selects the basic products.
