Our booking conditions for direct bookings
Online best price guarantee: You book online via our website at the best price.
With deposit: Only the first night is charged as a deposit.
Reduced rate: Payment of the total amount upon booking, non-cancellable.

Carefree cancellation conditions
With our travel provision of € 5.00 per adult & holiday day, € 2.50 per child & holiday day, we offer you uncomplicated, flexible & free cancellation & rebooking options up to 7 days before arrival for your booked or still to be booked holidays.

• You are welcome to rebook your holiday. The deposit paid in full remains valid for this purpose.</li
• You can also deposit the full amount of your deposit as a credit for a next stay without an expiry date.</li
• If you prefer a return transfer, we can transfer back the amount paid minus the travel provision (€ 5.00 per adult and holiday day, € 2.50 per child and holiday day). For this we ask you to provide your IBAN + BIC
